Access to Records Court records are kept in the Clerk's Office located on the First Floor of the Clark County Courthouse. For the public's convenience, a computer terminal is available to do routine records checks and to locate and verify cause/case numbers. Procedures for Requesting Documents

Please call Superior Court Administration at 564.397.2150 if you have any questions specific to your referral. Unless waived due to a finding of indigency, each party referred to Family Court Services must pay a $275 fee to the Clerk's Office.

Eighth Judicial District Court

Family Cases, District Court Civil/Criminal Cases, and LV Justice Court Civil Cases are available on this site. Las Vegas Justice Court Traffic citations are available as well and will be updated within 3-4 weeks from the hearing date. Traffic School information is available by calling 702-671-3280.
